Return policy

Items are accepted for refund if returned in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. Unwashed, stains free and all tags on. 

Please submit a request for a return by contacting us to assist you process your return.

Please note that shipping costs are not covered by us.

Shipping fee are non-refundable.

If your reason for returning an item is damage, mistake made by SIISIIMI, you will receive full refund.

All accessories, final sale, intimate and swimwear cannot be returns.

Refunds 

Once your return item(s) is met with our returning policy, we will reach out to you to issue a refund to the original method of payment.

Please allow up to 10 days from when we receive your return, for your refund to be processed.

It may take your bank additional time to process the transaction.
