Can I exchange?
Currently we are unable to make exchanges, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Do you accept returns?
Please note that items are accepted for refund if returned in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. Unwashed, stains free and all tags on. Any items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and sent back.
Intimate, swimwear items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Sales items cannot be returned.
Can I cancel my order?
All in-stock orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of your order, as long as they have not been shipped. Please send an email to support@siisiimi.com or chat with us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. After your order has been shipped, we will no longer be able to help.
Pre-order.
Items on pre-order cannot be cancelled or changed, after the given end of the pre-order placing period.
Do you offer Express Shipping?
Express shipping depends on the item, please send an email to support@siisiimi.com or chat with us and we’ll be able to help you.
Express shipping is unavailable for items on pre-order, please check the product description to see if your item is on pre-order / in stock.
