How do I reset my password?

If you‘ve forgotten your password, request a link to reset it or follow the ‘Forgotten password’ instructions on the ‘login’ page.

What do I do if I think an item that I purchased from your site is faulty?

Simply email support@siisiimi.com and we’ll look into this for you.  When you get in touch with us, please provide your order number and photographs of your item. Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty.

Can I exchange?

SIISIIMI does not offer a direct exchange at this time. If you are interested in securing an alternative size, simply place a new order and return the previous item.

Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different size. Please note, we’re unable to combine or add an item to an existing order.
If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, Please reach out to us as soon as possible after placing your order to inquire.

Pre-order/Made to order are not eligible for a cancellation after the designated end of the preorder placing period.

How can I exchange or return an item?

SIISIIMI accepts returns on regular priced item(s) that are returned within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at support@siisiimi.com  to initiate a return.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Preorder?

The estimated delivery window for preorder pieces is located on the product page and in your order confirmation email. This delivery window is provided directly by the designer based on when they expect to be able to fulfill your order. We generally are not able to provide a more specific date of delivery until the products have been received from the brand.

Do you offer you international shipping?

Yes, We offer international shipping via  DHL.

Do you offer Express Shipping?
Express shipping depends on the item, please send an email to support@siisiimi.com or chat with us and we’ll be able to help you.
 
Express shipping is unavailable for items on pre-order, please check the product description to see if your item is on pre-order / in stock.
